STEP.NO 1: REGISTER YOURSELF in ( MOFAIC )

Open the ( MOFAIC ) registration portal

Enter the information in the required fields and submit

People who already have a SmartPass account can use their credentials to log in. You may have to create a SmartPass account if you don’t already have one. The SmartPass account for individuals allows them to access all the UAE (UNITED ARAB EMIRATES) smart services available for both nationals and foreigners.

STEP.NO 2: APPLY FOR ( MOFAIC ) ATTESTATION IN THE UAE (UNITED ARAB EMIRATES)

Once you log in to the portal, the page redirects you to a smart form.

Fill in the form with the required info

Attach the document that you need to get attested

Select the proposed authority for attestation and submit

STEP.NO 3: APPLICATION REVIEW

After submission, your application is sent for review to your chosen authority. If the application fulfills all the conditions, and approval is sent to you so that you can progress with the payment.

STEP.NO 4: PAY THE FEES

Following the approval, visit the ( MOFAIC ) website

Select “My Tasks”

Make the payment

STEP.NO 5: GET DOCUMENTS ATTESTED

As the final step of MOFA attestation in the UAE (UNITED ARAB EMIRATES), you need to visit the nearest Customer Happiness Centre (nationals and residents) or the UAE (UNITED ARAB EMIRATES) Embassy/Mission (ex-pats and foreigners) in your home country. Take the document(s) with you to get them attested.

MOFA ATTESTATION FEES IN THE UAE (UNITED ARAB EMIRATES)

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in the UAE (UNITED ARAB EMIRATES) has standard rates applicable for each type of the two document categories, regardless of their origin of issuance
